We are located in a 2-story green building and the address is 1816 East 7th Street in Charlotte. The office building is approximately one mile from uptown Charlotte and is near the Cajun Queen restaurant. Parking is in the back of the building. Enter through the back door. Make sure you have the code for the door from your clinician beforehand. To get inside of the building, hit the “Yale” button, then enter the code and then hit the “check” sign.
