Karen Rogich, LCMHCA, MAC, M.Ed.

Karen Rogich is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate practicing in the heart of Charlotte, NC. Karen’s therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic/psychoanalytic therapy, which is insight-oriented and addresses the roots of issues. Karen collaborates with clients in a holistic and integrative way, to help them make lasting changes for a healthy, meaningful life. In her practice, therapy is tailored to each individual, and she integrates psychology, somatic therapy, nutritional wellness, trauma work, and spirituality, as appropriate.

Karen believes in the inherent dignity and value of all people. By building on strengths, Karen helps clients who are dealing with difficult life events, life transitions, and complex relationships. She works with adults in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, ADHD, faith, aging and more. In addition, Karen enjoys couple counseling, premarital counseling, and working with couples on family dynamics and parent coaching.

Karen holds master’s degrees in Counseling and in Education. She is a Prepare/Enrich Couple Program Facilitator and is a Certified Health Coach. Karen is trained in EMDR (working toward certification), Somatic Attachment Therapy (certified), and Integrative Nutritional Counseling. Karen has been married for 30 years and has three adult children. She has lived in Charlotte, NC for over 25 years. Karen is originally from the Washington DC area and is a first-generation US citizen.
