Karen Rogich is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate practicing in the heart of Charlotte, NC. Karen’s therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic/psychoanalytic therapy, which is insight-oriented. Karen collaborates with clients in a holistic and meaningful way, to help them make lasting changes for a healthy, meaningful life. In her practice, therapy is tailored to each individual, and she integrates psychological, physical/health, vocational, and spiritual wellness, as appropriate.
Karen believes in the inherent dignity and value of all people. By building on strengths, Karen helps clients dealing with difficult life events, life transitions, and complex relationships. She works with teens, adults, and couples, in areas such as anxiety, depression, marriage counseling, premarital counseling, trauma, family dynamics, multicultural diversity, parent coaching, faith and spirituality, ADHD, aging, and more.
Karen holds master’s degrees in Counseling and in Education, is a Prepare/Enrich Couple Program Facilitator, and is a Certified Health Coach. Karen has lived in Charlotte, NC for over 20 years. She has been married for 30 years and has three adult children.
